I am soo scared to make my own fondant! icon_eek.gif
I have 2 cakes coming up where I know I will need a lot of fondant! So I want to make my own. I want to use the easiest and I need to do chocolate. Can I add chocolate to any of the recipes that don't have it on this site? Like the Toba Garrett recipe? Everyone seems to rave about that one but it doesn't say how much chocolate to add? And the chocolate MMF people seem to have problems with!?

Any tips would be nice! How does everyone store this stuff??

Thanks for looking at yet another fondant thread! icon_smile.gif

Here is a recipe for a chocolate fondant. It looks similar to Toba Garrett's fondant base recipe.

Here is another link that has a few different chocolate fondant recipes.

So I guess Toba Garett's is a base for white fondant and you can't add chocolate?? Everyone says this one is sooo easy!

How do you store chocolate fondant? Are all the recipes different when you store? icon_smile.gif
