well i just got home a few minutes ago from my first cake class. I was procrastinating because I wanted to learn from outside of school but caved in. I felt so knowledgeable because of all the great people on CC!! I just want to say thanks guys you're awesome and I was thinkn of everyone when i was sitting there.

nice! So, did you enjoy the first class??? It probably was kinda boring since there's no cake to decorate on the first class.

yeah it was kinda boring and I fairly knew everything. It was cute to hear the oohs and aahs of the "newbs" hah they were all mother-daughter teams and I was the only guy

I love seeing mothers and daughters doing things like that together. My husband and I took all three classes last year. Nice thing to do together.
I think it's cool that men go to those classes too. I hate when people think it's just for women!

everyone will be oohing and ahhing when they see your first cake.
It must be a popular thing this mother and daughter decorating. There were 3 sets of mother/daughters in my first and second course.
Couldn't convince mine, they think there to old to start.. I said never to old to start. Oh well, maybe one day.
