Deb: I offer a Dessert Table as one of my catering packages. On it are 125-150 of various kinds of our cookies, choc dipped maraschino cherries, choc covered strawberries, and brownies. All of my catering is offered in package form and I've received good feedback that brides like only having to make one decision instead of a lot of little decisions.

In addition to an a la carte listing of all of the fabulous desserts you can offer, you might consider a Package A and Package B .... make a list of some of your items that would go well together and look great on a dessert table and offer them at a package price.

I agree about having packages. It just seems so much easier for the people to be able to pick a package and then add the extras they want.
