They're are severe thunderstorms and tornadoes all over georgia and alabama.

I hope everyone's ok! Especially in Alabama. I had a friend had to evacuate his building because a tornadoe was very very close! icon_eek.gif

Storms and tornadoes scare the living poop out of me. I'm very very very scared and nervous of any storms. I hate them to no end.

I am soooooo with you! About 12 years ago I had a child on each hip, 1 year old and 3 year old at the time, running for my car while watching the trees in a wooded area just start disapearring. We made it out okay, the damage in the woods stopped about .4 of mile from our home.
We were in the basement last night on two sep. warnings (husband was on the porch, WHY DO MEN DO THAT??). All okay here though. Lots of trees down.
I here was very bad in TN again. I Will keep my prayers open to all effected.

I too hope all is well. Belive it or not we have bad tornadoes here in wisconsin too. One last year leveled a community not far from me in Stoughton wisconsin. Most are still trying to rebuild. I know that it is not common in all areas for homes to have basements. Is this the case in your area? They are common here in wisconsin, actually it is unusual if someone doesn't have one. Tornadoes are no joke, take the siren serious!

We've been having it very bad lately too. Over 20 killed in West TN and last count was 11 killed yesterday just North of Nashville. The hail here yesterday was the size of golf balls and as big as softballs in other places. Both my SILs cars were hail damaged. We didn't have any damage or injuries. Just by the grace of God though cause the hail was large but sporadic and just missed our cars.

They was hail the size of golfballs and softballs here to ,though not in our area. Our area was hit with just a bad thunderstorm. They wre saying the storm had 70mph winds! icon_confused.gif

I'm such a chicken when it comes to storms and get terrified at just a bad storm. What freaked me out more is Dolly(my dog) started to bark at the door randomly. We don't know why ,but she wouldn't stop barking.

But everything is ok around here. I hope everyone else is safe!

Glad to hear that so far you are all okay, and hope you stay that way! Storms scare me to heck and back too, even small ones, don't know what I'd do if a big one came my way. Take care! Janice

hope all is okay with everyone in TN. My husband is a storm insurance adjuster and he's gone to TN to work. He's got lots of claims in the Bradford (I think??) area.

Our prayers are with you.
