do NOT put it in fridge or freezer...
it dries by evaporation of the water
so ....
fan blowing on it (or my yammer mouth of a neice! who has NO off switch)
close oven w/ the light on or if more daring set at warm (about 150)
portable electric heater
air dryer.
fast drying it tho' might make it more prone to little cracks in the surface.
I had to dry some colorflow butterfly wings quickly last week. I put them in my toaster oven on very low. It wasn't even 150, it was in the section before 150 on the dial that's just dots. If I put it up to 150, it melted even more. After they had dried out, I did put them in the freezer to cool them off, because I didn't want to peel them off the paper when they were still warm.. I didn't have any problems with cracking.
It had already dried overnight when I tried this, but it just wasn't dry on the bottom. I haven't tried it immediately after making them. You might want to try with just a couple small pieces first.
Good luck!
