I have a cream cheese icing recipe that I love. Client wants Mocha Cream cheese icing. Should I just add espresso powder?? Where do you get espresso powder?? thanks pam
In the coffee aisle, near the creamers, is an assortment of coffee additives. I would use the espresso mix. There are instant latte powders and other flavors that aren't grainy that should work perfectly. Let us know how it goes!
