I have an order for carrot cake and german chocolate cake. They are expensive and time consuming to make. I haven't ever made this large of these types of cakes before, so I am wondering what to charge (I know everyone is tired of this question!!) anyway, the german chocolate is 14X22 and serves 77 as well as one of the carrot cakes is also 14x22 and serves 77 and then another carrot cake is 12x18 and serves 54. What would you guys and gals charge? I live in the midwest so I know that needs to be considered.

At least $250, and a lot more if your decoration is going to be anything other than basic buttercream and borders! But then I know nothing about US pricing (and don't really know anything about my own lol!).
