how can I make the whipped cream bc in chocolate? If I add cocoa to it, what else do I need to add,too?? Thanks!

When I want chocolate WC, I buy Pastry Pride brand which comes in chocolate. I'd like to know if you can add cocoa to heavy whipping cream myself.

I thought of buying chocolate pastry pride, but I need something that doesn't need refrigeration. I want to use the WHIPPED CREAM BUTTERCREAM recipe on this site, but make it chocolate flavored. Anybody ???

I have never made the whipped cream buttercream on this site--but I do make a cocoa whipped cream all the time by basically adding a few tesp of vanilla and a few tbsp of cocoa at a time--until it tastes right and the consistency is right

I would guess you can just experiment with adding cocoa a bit at a time--the sweetness should take care of the bitter taste of cocoa!
