I'm doing my DH's Birthday cake today and I wanted to try it with the pudding mix in the cake mix. Do I use Instant pudding or regular pudding mix? Also, If I use the pudding mix in it can I still put coffee creamer in it? I don't know if that is overload. Thanks, Kris

instant....

coffee creamer would replace other liquids -- just be sure a) it's a compatible flavor b) don't go overboard.

I use instant pudding, but have "accidentally" used the cook and serve and that cake turned out just fine. Can't speak to the creamer as I do not use it unless a recipe specifically calls for it.
