I bake as a hobby for family friends catering to large functions.
Currently have a small single wall oven which only allows me to bake 2 small layers at a time or 1 large layer. Time consuming it is.
Is there an oven suggestion, brand etc. I have a fairly large kitchen.

Do you have a microwave that can also be used as a convection. You can try that. I don't think you can use metal though. You might want to read your instructions. Otherwise you will have to use silicone. Try to Google table top ovens and see what you come up with. Everything you ever wanted to know and more than you ever wanted to know is in cyber space.
