What is it and I'd like to know more about it.....please icon_confused.gif

I saw it under the "everthing you ever wanted to know about buttercream"; however, when I tried to find information about it I turned up with nothing.
TIA

Icing base is sometimes called Brite White. It's added to icing to make it fluffier and have a less greasy "taste".
