I would like to try Wiltons' food spray, but am a little nervous about it. Has anybody used this with good/bad results? Thank you.

I have used it a few times. You can see the results in my gallery. The Vikings cake, the beach cake, the cake with roses and the snowman cake were all done with the spray. You can't taste it at all, and it's really simple to use! Just make sure you cover your work area really well!

I have used the red only to colour roses (pictures in my gallery) on an engagement cake I made. I was really impressed with it and would use it again.

I have used it a few times and I think it works really well, the only thing I don't like is the minty after taste it leave on the icing.Wilton says it has removed the peppermint flavor it used but I have bought newer cans and it is still present. The tastes makes me gag!!

I used the pink spray once and the letters I sprayed were white again after just a few minutes near a itchen window getting sun. Sprayed them again and kept them away from light and they seemed fine. Was just surprised how fast they faded!

Shalom,
itsacake!

Thanks ladies. I'll have to try it on a cake that I have due Saturday. I'll post pictures as soon as I am done with it. Wish me luck! icon_biggrin.gif
