For all "cake mix" bakers out there... I found Pillsbury cake mixes with Splenda at Kroger. They had vanilla and devils food. They also had frosting with Splenda, too. I, of course, had to buy one of each. I haven't tried them yet. I hope they are good. Half of my coworkers are diabetics and I contribute to their elevated blood sugars...now I won't feel so guilty!!!
