Is there a difference between the JEM and PME gumpaste tools? I have no idea! The PME are yellow and white and the JEM are black.

I want to buy a set of these but I haven't a clue what the difference is between the two barnds.

Thanks,
Ginger

Both are great brands for anything fondant or gumpaste! I love all different cutters they sell!! Just my 2 cents on gumpaste tools, I´ve heard that the celcakes ball tool is by far the BEST. Here is a link.

And isn't there FMM tools too? I have wondered this same question lately since I am now working with Fondant and Gumpaste.

I prefer PME tools. The handles are heavier, and therefore easier for me and my arthritic fingers to grip.

Hmmm, interesting. I too have arthritis so this is a very helpful tip for me. Thank you Theresa! icon_biggrin.gif
