Could I substitute unsweetened chocolate for bittersweet chocolate? Maybe it's a silly question, but, can someone tell please tell me? TIA
as long as you add extra sugar!!!!unsweetened is just that....bittersweet has sugar.try cocoa powder straight to get a preview of unsweetened most would say YUCK!
LOL I am so sorry, I posted the question the wrong way, the question is if I could substitute bittersweet chocolate for unsweetened. Thanks a lot!
You can, but omit extra sugar unless you want the extra sweetness.
