I'm looking for a creamy chocolate icing that doesn't necessarily crust. I hate to admit it, but I love chocolate frosting from a can ( icon_redface.gif ) but that's not what I want to use on my cakes. Does anyone have a recipe like this?

Many people I know love the Chocolate Syrup Frosting. (Its from the Cake Mix Doctor Cupcake book). It is the only chocolate frosting I'll make. Rich, creamy, chocolatey...purely delicious!!!

The chocolate syrup frosting will not disappoint and it is posted on this site under frostings.

You might try the Bittersweet Chocolate frosting from this web site posted by Lazy_Susan, it's really delicious and is soft and creamy! You can decorate with it as well.
It's in the recipe section
