Does anyone know if I can add melted white chocolate to whipped Rich's Bettercreme? Can Rich's Bettercreme be heated?
Thanks,
Sharon

Well, I found the answer to my questions. Rich's Bettercreme can be heated and used to make ganache.

that's good to know! I would have thought it wouldn't do well heated, who knew! icon_biggrin.gif

I know some members have used liquid coffee creamers to flavor ganache. icon_smile.gif

Could you share your info so I can add it to my Rich's Bettercreme data base.

TIA

The Rich's bettercreme that is already whipped and ready to use does not do good when heated. I have not worked with the liquid that you have to whip, but that may do better since it is already a liquid.

It is not a recipe, it is a registered trade marked name. It is like a whiped toping type of icing.
