I am sure this has been asked a million times already, but I couldnt seem to find an answer in a search. I made some BC last weekend for a cake and I have some left over. I stored it in an airtight container, but it got left out on the counter for about 24 hrs before I realized it was not in the fridge. I put it in the fridge then, but now I am not sure if I can still use it or not. I dont want anyone to get sick, but if it is OK I would like to use it for a cake this weekend. Any thoughts? It was a BC with real butter and about 5 T milk.

Thanks!
