Our city manager is leaving to work in another city and I was asked to make the cake for his party. Usually this is a huge deal the paper comes takes pics and the cake is a big part of the pic. The want a sheet cake so I am drawing ahuge blank. HELP!!!!

Does your city have a unique welcome sign? Or a unique shape (the phone book usually has a nice sized picture)? You could incorporate them into a shaped sheet cake.

Maybe a BCT or edible image of the city building (city hall or the court house) that best represents the city.

Do you know where he is going? Maybe a sheet cake in the shape of your state and "pushpins" in your city and the city he is going to?
