Ballet Slippers... Help!!

I am going to make a cake for my sister-in-law who is a dance major. She is having a recital in May and I wanted to surprise her with a cake. I wanted to do one with the ballet slippers on top... and I've seen a few examples.

How do I make the actual ballet slippers? I've made fondant booties before, is there a template like that for the slippers?

Any ideas or pictures would be greatly appreciated!!!

I just did a search in the gallery by using the word "ballet" and it pulled up quite a few cakes with ballet slippers on top. You might send a PM to one of those cake creators for some help. godd luck to you and hope to see your finished cake!! icon_biggrin.gif
