I'm sure someone has the solution....
When I make MMF, I can see quiet a bit of powdered sugar lumps.. 
I tried sifting, but it has not helped..this is a "no big" deal problem, just annoying...I just picked them... thank you ...

I tried using the dough hook attachment for the KA instead of the paddle like the recipe says to use and I didn't have that problem anymore. One thing you have to be carefull of though is if you mix it too much, the whole thing ends up sticking right up against the sides of the bowl but wow what a smooth and consistant MMF you'll have when you're done.

i would just keep kneading and sift the sugar..i never sift my sugar but i've never had that problem either.
