I'm with you!! I am finishing up 200 cupcakes, and 200 cookies for a church Easter party. I think I make good money until I start doing big orders, and I remember I am not charging enough!! Go get some rest, I know I am fixing to fall in the bed.
for me, the first time I felt I was decorator was the first time a total stranger pay me for a cake. I have sell some to friends but that trust from someone who didn't know me, was the moment I said "wow, I'm a cake decorator now!"

its a great feeling when a bride to be comes and picks up her cake for the big day, you know that your a cake decorator when she starts to cry because it is just the way that she pictured it, thats when you know you are doing something right.....keep up the good work all.
