How can I make a RBD cake? RBD is a famous latin pop group. I found a cake in cake central but I don't know how they made it. HELP!!!

The cake that I am asking for is photo 89416.
In the gallery click on seach then type rbd and its the cake that has a bridge w/the #7.

I already pm the original poster of the pic but no luck I heard its a foam design but if its a foam I am no interested I thought it was edible.
