I iced the cake and with the leftover icing I just added more sugar until it came to a ball. I'm guessing that's pretty much rolled buttercream. I then cut out my icing, froze it for 10 minutes, lifted it off the tray and airbrushed.
I put some on the cake and froze the rest. Now on my lazy days (every day) I can just pull a couple out.
I am such a lazy girl. Sometimes I just don't feel like making a rose and cleaning those stupid bags.

icon_confused.gificon_confused.gificon_confused.gif I'm confused. What shapes are you cutting the icing into before you freeze it? Rose petals? Are you constructing gumpaste style roses with rolled BC? Please explain more for this learner?
