I had to laugh today when I stopped at my mothers house. She made a cake for her good friends birthday and it went sooooooo wrong. Now my mom does not decorate cakes at all in any way but she does bake a good tasting cake. Well she made a chocolate chip cake and kinda like a marshmallow fluff frosting with chocolate shavings. MMMMMM it is so melt in your mouth yummy, but..... The cake didn't bake completely and then she didn't wait for it to cool completely and then she didn't whip the frosting well enough. The cake cracked and started sliding apart and the frosting melted all off the top and down the sides..... The poor thing ended up buying one to bring to her friend.... I will post a picture of it in a little bit. Its not really something to laugh about but as long as she could laugh about it I had to get a little chuckle.
