I am not experienced with or knowledgable about these products. I am wanting to experiment and was wondering if anybody could tell me what the differences are between these 2 products. Thanks!!

I have never used them either but there is a thread on the cake decorating forum that tells you all about them. It is a "sticky" so it is on of the first topics listed.
