This is the cookie recipe I use: http://www.recipezaar.com/48000. Not a typical sugar cookie...very moist and they contain cream cheese! You can roll them as thick or as thin as you want and they retain their shape. I use this sugar cookie recipe and nothing else. I decorate with royal icing and they come out perfect.
