I wish I had known some of this info when I got married. We had 145 rsvp'd yes (out of 200 invitees) and only 125 actually showed! 
One thing I think it's important to remember if someone is coming to you for a wedding cake-you need to be in control of the situation (in a nice way of course! 
) There is so much information thrown at prosepctive brides that they get some crazy ideas and you need to be confident in what you are doing to guide them to what they need within the budget and their ideas! And after looking at that fireyourweddingplanner.com site no wonder they get crazy ideas!
