I have been looking everywhere for that large egg shaped pan that alot of people have used as the 'belly' for the pregnant tummy cakes.

My husband and I just found out we are having our 2nd baby so I want to make that cake for my baby shower! - Obviously it will be a while off - but I still want that pan now! It is the perfect shape... I know I could use the ball pan too - but that looks too extreme... the egg is more delicate and shaped better for this particular thing...IMO.

I don't think its discontinued, I just bought one about a month ago at a local bakery shop here in Sacramento. They are also on Wilton.com but says its out of stock. I'd check ebay for it, right now they are selling a lot of Easter pans. Good luck, and Congratulations!

Are you looking for the 3D egg pan?

I just bought one at a local store. They have a few still left in stock. Do you know someone in Houston who can pick it up for you? If so, PM me and I'll send you the store name.

They aren't discontinued but I guarentee that Wilton is out of stock at the moment due to orders being filled for them. They keep that pan year round.

you may be able to find them in stores now due to the holiday but i dont think they restock after easter. if you cant find one, try ebay. FYI the egg pan is also used for making those cool 'roast turkey' cakes.
good luck
