I plan on baking some cookies for Easter, I have always used my own icing concoction but I want to try something new.

What would you suggest? I've read on this website that a lot use RI but I have also headed about RBC, but that is too sweet. So which is better?

I stick with RI. It looks really nice and not too sweet IMO.

I made RBC for the first time yesterday and it was so easy and tastes really nice. I used Orange extract in mine. I am going to try using it on cookies today icon_smile.gif

I use both but think my favorite is RBC. I think RBC gives the cookie a nicer flavor and a softer texture in the mouth when eating it versus the initial "crunch" into a RI cookie.
