My roses always have jagged edges. What can I do to make this not so? This is using the Wilton stiff icing.

maybe your icing is too stiff... try adding a tablespoon of corn syrup to thin it out a little icon_smile.gif

Thanks. I will have to try that. I thought I also read something about adding piping gel??
