Ok, I know I'm foolish for waiting until the last minute. Tonight I have so many items to bake and decorate and I'm not sure if I'll get finished in time. Keep in mind I have a full time job to return to in the morning. I have 120 mini-bite size Easter cookies to make, 2 dozen regular size (3"-4") cookies, 1-8" square Easter cake, 10 dozen Easter cupcakes and another possible cake order (won't know until later today). I also wanted to do something for my daughter's day care pals too.

I like to sale all of my items as freshly baked as possible. At least I have everything laid out and ready to go. Am I crazy? icon_lol.gificon_confused.gificon_cry.gificon_redface.gif

Ok, I'll never do that again. I was so exhausted the next day. It was so hard for me to concentrate at work. A lesson has been learned.

Yes, all those easter items were done in one night. The only thing I had ready were the supplies but I had not baked anything ahead of time nor did I cut out those cookies a day early.

I ususally prepare in advance by baking one night and decorating the next but never again will I try to do everything in one night. icon_smile.gif
