Another Cheesecake Wedding Cake Question...

You were all so helpful on my last wedding cake cheesecake question...I thought I'd ask another one (now that DDay is just 2 days away and I'm panicking!). I am making a 4 layer wedding cake using a strawberry swirl cheesecake. I am then icing it with buttercream...very simple...just smooth icing. However...I am concerned with sweating. Obviously the cake needs to be kept cool. But the receiving line begins at 4pm and dinner isn't until 6pm. I'm petrified that there will be condensation between the cheesecake and the icing and it will slide off the cheesecake. Any experience? Tips? Ideas? If I bring the cheesecake close to room temp b4 icing and then put it in the fridge until delivery time will that help in condensation? I'm clueless...HELP???!! My brother will be at the reception...I hope not to have to post a pic that he brings me in the "cake disasters" forum ![]()
