Do I use heavy whipping cream ? Its like watericon_sad.gif im not sure if it will thickin up when I add the oreos? The recipe just says heavy cream so i assumed it was whipping cream.

Yes you use heavy whipping cream. You whip it until it gets thick like cool whip and then you fold in the oreos.

Make sure to whip it enough, since if you don't it won't stay as thick inside the cake.

When you think the heavy cream/sugar/vanilla mixture is stiff enough, tip the bowl slightly and if the whipped cream isn't sliding around much, you're good to go to add the crushed oreos.

BTW, it's a YUMMY filling! You'll be hooked!

Just a word of warning. Watch the cream like a hawk. I walked away for 30 seconds on low speed and came back to butter.
