Looking for a really good, maybe fudgy chocolate filling. I've been just using chocolate bcf but I'd like something else. Any thoughts?

Ganache

Ganache is the way to go. You can add any flavored liquor or flavoring to it and you can
keep at room temp.

GANACHE, GANACHE, GANACHE, girl!!! LOL icon_razz.gif You can make it with different types of chocolates depending on your or the customers preference. Leave it as is; refrigerate it and then use; whip it; flavor it; mix chopped fruit into it....the possiblites are many!! icon_wink.gif
