I love raspberry mousse with lemon cake! The recipe I use is from Tastefully Simple using their Raspberry Divine sauce (no longer available
) but, it could probably be made using a seedless raspberry preserve.
Raspberry Divine Mousse
Ingredients
8 oz. softened cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip®
Raspberry Divine
Directions
Mix cream cheese with mixer until smooth; add Cool Whip and mix until blended. Fold in Raspberry Divine; mix until well blended. Serve in individual dessert cups. Makes about 6-8 servings.
Th amount of Raspberry is a personal preference, just keep adding until you are happy with the taste.
