I just found out my best friend is coming home tomorrow night for a couple of days. She's a HUGE Eeyore fan so I thought I'd make her a surprise belated b-day cake. I found this cake by ComplexSun and am wondering if anyone had thoughts on how to make it. I PM'd her (or him..) as well but where it's such short notice I thought I'd get everyones opinions! What pans would you use? How would you stack them to then start sculpting.. any ideas what colour combinations to use to achieve this gray-ish/blue colour? Any other thoughts or suggestions you might think of? I've only ever sculpted one cake before so any tips would be Greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much!!

That is such a cute cake. thumbs_up.gif Here's another eeyore cake (done by kitagrl) that I had saved to my favorites. If you read the comments there is info on how she made hers.

Oooh.. Both are great ideas. Since I have the wondermould pan, I think I might use that for the body, and Rice krispies for the head. That way I won't worry about the head being heavy and falling over. Thank you both so much. If anyone else has any thoughts, I'd love to hear them!!
