Hello All!

Each year my office holds a Dessert Contest. My co-workers and I try to come up with unique desserts based upon that year's theme. This year's theme is the circus and so, we thought we could design a big top and inside the big top we would do three center stages like you see at the Barnum and Bailey's circus. Has anyone out there attempted this? If so, could you please share how you did it and if possible provide a picture. We have some ideas, but are not sure if they will work. Any help you can provide would be most appreciated. Thanks[/size]

If you google: 'circus cake' in the images part, you will get many pictures of different circus cakes. I think that they might give you many ideas. I hope this helps.

I have one in my picures that's a version of the one in the ICES pictures. The top ring is fondant covered foam.
