Is there any such thing as an easy fondant recipe???
Did you already try the MMF recipe? That was the first one I made from scratch and found it very easy.
If you decide to go with an already made one Satin Ice has a pretty good taste without the added stress of making it.
I think you'll see it's all a matter of taste and how much time you have!

Check out under the "how do I" section in the form "Help! fondant dried out!" There is a recipe by Toba Garrett for rolled fondant. I have used it a couple of times, it is easy to make, and tastes good, I have made both almond and vanilla. I did not use the glycerin. I liked it much better than Wilton and MMF. The original post was by swoboda on March 4. If you go into Memberlist, put in swoboda, get her profile and click on all previous posts, you should find it. Boy, it sure would be easier if I knew how to post a link. ![]()
