I just recently found these. Do any of you own any of his books? Thoughts on them? I really want to get "Buttercream Flowers..." but dunno how useful it will be compared to Wilton's most recent "Cake Decorating" book.

his buttercream flowers is my favorite book. He shows a different tecnique for doing the flowers and shows different lay outs. The only drawback is that the book is not all in color there is alot of black and white photos and directions, but if you want to learn how to make most of your flowers right on the cake, then this may be the book for you.
