I live in a remote town in Labrador (northern Canada), I ordered some square magic line pans from an online source ( sorry cc you were out when I needed them). When they arrived they were the round ones in 6, 8, 10, 12, & 14. So I called the owner of the shop and explained what happend. He gave me a deal I could not pass up. For an additional $30 I got the 6, 8, 10, 12, & 14 square pans and that includes shipping. I kept the round ones because you can never have too many and I don't like my wilton ones. So for a total of just over $120 I got 2 full sets of pans. I think I did great!!

My gosh, you got the best bargain of the day and great customer service from that company as well.

I, too, have had extraordinarily good service from that company. I ordered somethng that had sold out and wasn't being replaced, but the way the problem was handled made it almost painless He is just soooo honest and nice - refreshing, eh?
