It seems like it would be too lemony what with the lemon juice and lemon extract (don't have cake and cookie emulsion). I will be putting it on cookies if this helps any.

I just made it this weekend for cookies! icon_lol.gif But I used the princess cake and cookie emulsion. It was really good, even hubby liked it!

I would think it would be pretty lemony without the princess c and c.

Soooo...did you make it? Was it too lemony without the emulsion? I'm tempted to try it, but also don't have the emulsion on hand, and probably won't get out to hunt for it in the next few days.

Hoping to hear something! icon_biggrin.gif

I made it with the 2 tsp lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp almond extract instead of the princess and you couldn't taste the lemon at all. I was surprised. I think it just helps to cut the sweetness a bit.

You don't taste the lemon really. It just has a fresh aftertaste. It's very good.
