What do you charge for fountain rental for wedding cakes?
Do you also charge a refundable deposit in addition to the rental fee?

I think it's pretty common to do so. Since my price includes me staying to cut and serve the cake, I am assured that my equipment is coming back with me, so I don't have to worry about deposits. It's part of our "we keep it simple for you" philosophy.

I agree with indydebi. I charge enough to cover me staying to serve the cake thus making sure you get your equipment back. I also include a $50 rental fee for my fountain and stand.
