All of you have been just great answering my questions in the pasted. I LOVE this site. Now for my question at hand. I was signed up for a sugar egg class and had to go out of town, was unable to attend the class. I put the horse before the cart and have already taken orders. This was going to be my big money maker for the spring. I looked on Sugar Craft and other sites and it did not answer all my questions. Like how do you cut the ends (before or after baking) how to pipe the animals or do you use plastic ones. Please someone I need "Sugar Egg for Dummies", step by step instruction . Then I can do this for my family. I am leaving this morning for a ladies retreat with my church, will be back sunday evening. I pray, someone is a answed prayer.
