Hello everyone! I just had a quick Question about cake truffle shelf life. I have about 16 orders of the cake truffles to do for easter and most of the people want them on thursday cause they have the long weekend off, now I was wondering They should be ok til Sunday???? The recipe I use is the one on here with the cake crumbs, 1 can of frosting mixed in and then dipped in chocolate. How should I tell them to store them????? Thanks Soooo much!!!!icon_wink.gif

Hi Kara-

I think they are still nice 5 - 7 days after coating if stored in the refrigerator. (I always make the cake balls WEEKS in advance as I have extra cake then store then in the freezer until I'm ready to coat them and eat them.

Hope this helps.
