My mother works for a dyalasis center and she has asked me to make a cake for her unit. They are having a convention next year so I have some time. It has to feed at least 120 people or so. Any suggestions you have would be great.
Thanks
Sonia

These are cute for the medical profession. You can adjust as needed.

Do they have a logo??? You could always do a large sheet cake with the logo in the middle. You could do medical accents for decorations in the corners.

If you do a google picture search you will find hundreds of different kinds of dialysis machines and artificial kidneys. One cute idea would for example, as you have to feed loads of people to make a dialysis machine history. Different cakes in a time line starting from a cake with the first one, to a very modern one, including maybe smaller cakes with the evolution of the different kidneys. That's how I would do it, would also make each cake more manageable. or do large sheet cakes with FBCTs of the time line. Try and find out who the sponsor of the convention is and do one of theirs.
