Dragon Cake - Help !!!!!!!!!

I saw this cake (link below) was wondering how she did the face. Tiny dots of fondant stuck together. I did PM the person and ask her if she had instructions but have not heard back from so I am turning to everyone here for some help.

I don't know; but it looks like she might have used tip 3 and done a "dot" fill-in method just as you'd do a "star" fill-in method. It is an awesome cake!

Did you ever get the instructions?

I was wondering the exact same thing. I'm doing a dragon cake for my son's 23rd b-day this April 3.
I'm guessing she did a large dot then went back with powdered sugar on her finger tip to flatten it. Luster dust afterwards?

It's a beautiful cake!
