Thnx. Have been looking for a way to create a dinosaur. Now I've seen a great one - and I can use my doll pan for it!
It seems after all I didn't tell dh a lie (no darling, it's not just for our daughter's birthday! It comes in handy for allllllllll sorts of cakes...)

For my daughter's Christening, I lined the cross pan with plastic wrap and packed potato salad in it. Then, flipped it onto a tray covered in kale. It looked really pretty. I've also seen pans used for jell-o or to bake bread in them.
