I'm thinking about doing a fbct, but I've never done one. I usually do shaped/3D cakes, but don't think I could get one that looks realistic or not childish. Every motorcycle cake I've found a Harley. Is there any other way that would be easier than fbct? I've found a picture of a Goldwing that looks very similar to the bike that he owns.

have you ever worked with color flow? I would give that a try. You can get very detailed with color flow items. Just a thought...... icon_rolleyes.gif

You can find color flow at your local craft store that sells cake supplies. I buy mine at Michaels. If you can't find it - you can also do this technique using royal icing - it comes out the same except it's not as shiny as color flow. If you need any help with either method - give me a shout via PM. Be glad to help. thumbs_up.gif
