Por favor...Sorry but I hope someone in here can read English...
I'm wondering if Mexican chocolate (the one in the yellow box) can be used in baking a cake.
My family uses it for champurrado and I love the taste.

I don't see why not. I don't think it's got the fat level that the regular baking chocolate has but, I'm sure you can fix that.
